We offer investment advice through a Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) format – Client will always have full custody of the portfolio
What is your typical fee structure?
The typical fee structure consists of a management- and performance fee component. The performance fee is subject to High Water Mark and Hurdle Rate.
What is MAAT’s overall investment strategy?
MAAT follows a value investing approach, focusing on long-term investments rather than short-term trading. We are "focused generalists," concentrating on small and mid-cap companies in Europe. We apply a private equity mindset to public markets, conducting in-depth research on companies before taking positions
What does your position sizing/portfolio construction look like?
We are running a concentrated strategy where the top 5 positions can represent up to 85% of the total portfolio, with individual positions up to 30%
